_**Flowmate terms and conditions**_

_Flowmate customers at Checkmate are covered by Checkmate’s Service Level Agreement (SLA), ensuring a stable, reliable, and secure digital solution. The agreement includes a binding period of 24 months from launch. After this period, the agreement may be terminated in writing with 3 months’ notice prior to the end of the current term. Unless terminated, the agreement is automatically renewed annually._

_Upon termination, access to the Flowmate editor will be deactivated. The customer’s CMS and frontend will be packaged as zip files and sent to the designated partner for further use._
